Bio: Jay P. Golumbia - Managing Director/CEO Mortgage Insight Inc. - Since 1981, Mr. Golumbia has worked in the mortgage, real estate, consumer credit, finance and banking industries, as well as being active in mortgage lending and real estate investment. Established as a licensed mortgage and real estate advisor for close to 15 years, he assisted in developing three regional brokerages based in Edmonton, and after moving to Calgary in 2001, served as Western Regional Director for a national mortgage company, until late 2009 when the Mortgage Insight Team joined the Mortgage Architects Planners' Network.
As a knowledgeable and experienced advisor in all aspects of real estate investment and mortgage financing, experienced business manager and entrepreneur, his focus is on developing the Mortgage Insight team to be creative and attentive in coaching clients in adopting a holistic philosophy when managing personal finances.... presenting practical solutions for attaining their life goals while building security through successful home ownership and solid wealth management strategies.

Bio: Tylor J. Volk - Sales Director - Since graduating from the University of Regina, with a degree in Business Admin. focusing in Finance, Mr. Volk has enjoyed success in several entrepreneurial and real estate investment pursuits. After completing the mortgage licensing course in 2005, he has been associated with Mr Golumbia as his mentor in the mortgage industry. Throughout his career, he's developed a strong knowledge base of mortgage products, built a very good understanding of the mortgage underwriting process and has a solid reputation with market lenders. He has also built an impressive client base that know his professional approach in providing value and exceptional service. Tylor was promoted to the position of Sales Director in 2007 managing operations, sales and production for Mortgage Insight and is one of the highest producing Associate Planners within Mortgage Architects Planner Network's western region. He is absolutely the 'go to' person on the Mortgage Insight team for all things related to a homeowner's mortgage product needs.

Bio: Jessica D. Worobetz - Mortgage Administrator - While completing and graduating with a business degree from UBC, she worked for an established mortgage brokerage in Kelowna and has completed the mortgage licensing program in B.C. With an opportunity to move back to Alberta and establish in the mortgage business in Calgary, Ms. Worobetz joined the Mortgage Insight Team in 2008. Her plans are to become licensed as a mortgage associate in early 2011. Jessica is responsible for customer care, mortgage transaction management and marketing administration for the Mortgage Insight team.
